Hampton Inn Winston-Salem Hanes Mall

We have been coming here since our kids - now adult parents - were younger. So, it IS an older hotel. However, it is kept clean, the beds are so comfortable, and we love the showers! The breakfast is always great, has a variety of choices from proteins to fresh fruits, and the tables are clean! The coffee was very good and smooth. A tidy room and eating area are important to us. While we do not have the kids who loved to pile into the British phone booth out front, we still have reasons to enjoy coming here. It is close to so many restaurants and shopping places, we always try something new. For this stay, we discovered Jason's Deli, which has amazing beef and cheddar subs that come with au jus for dipping. Delicious! They also have FREE soft-serve ice cream! Our room was between the ice dispenser area and the elevators. Perfect. It was quiet and we rested well. Thank you for another nice stay!

Location (close to family), outdoor pool (pool floats, kick boards included), sitting area around pool with grill, firelace and tv, 24 hour tea, coffee, etc., water provided at check in, breakfast (good variety) and 11 check out a plus. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. A welcome text is sent as well. The decor of the hotel was nice.

I did love it was close enough to the hospital for me a 10-12 min drive amazing location right next to the mall and a lot of food choices in the area and close to the freeway and no more than a 15 min drive to see any museums so the location was a amazing

We absolutely loved the staff and property. Broom were exceptionally clean, and the staff was wonderful.

The difference between this property and many others I stayed at was the kindness of everybody. However, Brittany went out of her way to help me get into a room and wrote me to ask if everything was okay. The room was spotless and comfortable.
